SOLUTION

Make sure all Auto-Accounting Types accounts under Receivables Manager Responsibility are defined as listed below:

Receivables
Revenue
Tax
Freight
Auto-Clearing
Un-Earned
Un-Billed

Navigate to Setup> Transactions >AutoAccounting for Defining Auto-Accounting Types
