Oracle error 1403: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at line 1 has been detected in FND_SESSION_MANAGEMENT.CHECK_SESSION. Your session is no longer valid. </PRE>

SOLUTION

Step 1. Execute the following scripts from $FND_TOP/patch/115/sql:

SQL> @AFICXSMS.pls
SQL> @AFICXSMB.pls

Step 2. Bounce the server.

Step 3. Retest the issue.

Step 4. Migrate the solution to production instance.
