select CONCURRENT_QUEUE_NAME from FND_CONCURRENT_QUEUES where CONCURRENT_QUEUE_NAME like ‘FNDSM%’;

if not then follow

SOLUTION

From the Application tier:

1. Log in as applmgr
2. cd to $FND_TOP/patch/115/sql
3. Run the script: afdcm037.sql
4. This script will create libraries for FNDSM and create Managers for Preexisting Nodes.
