APP-ONT-251213: Error: Please enter valid address elements: STATE, CITY.

 

SOLUTION

Follow the below step to install this  Patch 9294165 and fix this issue.

Step 1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch 9294165 R12.ONT.B  

Step 2. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying  the recommended patch.

Step 3. Apply the patch in a test environment.

Step 4. Confirm the following file version:  OEXOEINL.pld 120.19.12000000.10

You can use the commands like the following:
strings -a $ONT_TOP/filename |grep ‘$Header’

Step 5. Retest the issue.
