ERROR

AP: Payables Options Withholding Tax Change

Error: FRM-40735: PRE-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-00600.

SOLUTION

Step 1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for the RDBMS Patch 12816846. As this is a database patch, ensure to locate the patch checkin appropriate for your database version.

Step 2. Ensure to take a backup of your system before applying the recommended patch.

Step 3. Apply the patch in a test environment.

Step 4. After the patch is applied successfully, retest the Payables issue.

Step 5. If the issue is resolved, migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
