ERROR BI Publisher (formerly XML Publisher) Requests Are Failing With Error “OPP Error Oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException: Error Creating Lock File

ERROR While Running Supplier Payment History in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, we are getting following error.

ERROR   ORA-29273: HTTP request failed, ORA-06512: at “SYS.UTL_HTTP”, ORA-12545: connect failed because target host or object does not exit, ORA_06512: at “APPS.HR_LOCATION_API”

LOAD: CLASS ORACLE/APPS/FND/FORMSCLIENT/FORMSLAUNCHER.CLASS NOT FOUND.

In Linux/Unix cd $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin  perl ojspCompile.pl –compile –flush -p 2

ERROR Error in Alertlog file:

ERROR During Installation of Oracle APPS you might face error in validating system configuration on HTTP, loginpage, Help Directory and JSP.

Output Post Processor is Down with Actual Process is 0 And Target Process is 1  

While Installing Oracle E-Business Suite we might get the following error: RW-50004: An Error Has Occurred, Check the log file for details:

 adstrtal.sh exits with status 150 We may get this error when we start all apps tier services.
