1. Clean the Data Topology Model

SQL> EXEC FND_CONC_CLONE.SETUP_CLEAN;
COMMIT;
EXIT;

2. Run AutoConfig on all tiers, firstly on the DB tier and then the APPS tiers, to repopulate the required system tables
